6V & 12V battery power supply
This BBU (Battery back-up unit) is made up of two models :
- DC - DC Converter (BB3)
- Switching Power Supply (BBS/1)
Both are used in combination with each other. The BB3 module has a feature of auto-change over from mains to battery during mains failure with zero change over time, which ensures no loss or corruption of data. It also has a feature of battery low cut off to prevent the battery from deep discharge, thus increasing the life of the battery. This unit supplies power to the equipment & continuously charges the battery.
The BBS/1 module is directly connected to the AC mains and supplies DC Voltage to the BB3 module for running equipment & charging the battery. These modules are available in 6V & 12V battery versions.
